2020 was a difficult year for a lot of people. One of the things that made it so hard was the isolation from other people. The silver lining of this isolation is that a lot of people were looking for something to do to fill the time. One of the things that people did was either begin learning to play music, or like me, picked up a long neglected instrument to fill the time.

Earlier this year, I joined Cat-a-tac Band. CAT-A-TAC is a fun, experienced, energetic cover band based in Dallas, Texas. Whether you like singing along to a ballad, showing off your latest dance moves or even playing air guitar/drums – we’ve got it covered. There’s something for everyone. We love what we do and we think you will, too!

We’ve been rehearsing all year, getting to know each other and jelling as musicians. I am really excited to announce that we are playing our first gig since I joined the band on July 29 at Lonestar Roadhouse in Dallas. There’s some Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Night Ranger, and more in the mix. It’s going to be a good time!

I also decided it was time to update this website to better reflect what I’m up to. Starting today https://jeremyhudson.us is a music focused site where you’l be able to listen to music, watch some really cool videos and keep up with our gigs. We plan to be pretty busy, and I would love it if you came along for the ride!

Who knows what might happen. I never thought I would pick up a guitar and play in a band again, but here I am! After nearly 10 years, I’m back! Can you believe it?!
